Cancellation and Returns Policy
At Quvela Styles Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation and Returns Policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled for purchases made on our men and boys clothing store in Nigeria.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, cancellation requests are only accepted within a short time after purchase, typically within 6 to 12 hours, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
In cases of approved returns, customers may be offered a replacement item or a refund depending on product availability and the situation. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method. Please note that delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
We do not accept returns for items purchased on clearance, discounted sales, or special promotional offers unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may also be non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
To request a cancellation or return, customers must contact our support team with proof of purchase, order details, and clear images of the item (if damaged or incorrect). Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
